The supplier or carrier can request the presentation of the voucher for doing the service, and can refuse to do it if you do not show the veracity of the reservation, (in that event, you would lose the right to refund the paid amount).

The reservation you have made includes the type of vehicle and passengers and the selected luggage. If you need to make changes at the time of the service on the route, additional stops or you are in a carry-on baggage, the supplier may require you to hire a new vehicle and you must pay the carrier an extra amount directly. Remember that the capacity of the vehicles is for passengers with normal luggage, if you want to transport extra luggage or sports materials or large packages, you must be assured of selecting a vehicle of greater capacity.

AVANZZIA is not responsible for the extra costs that the transporter supposes to perform the service and that are not specified in the reservation.

The service contract is made between you and the supplier or carrier. We are only an intermediary in your contract. If there is any problem on the destination, you should inform the supplier or carrier directly in order to solve it.
